Your satisfaction is our priority.

In case of dissatisfaction with the course, you have the liberty to cancel the course and request a refund from us. Our Policy for refunds is as follows:

 

Any ebook has a refund policy of 7 days from the date of purchase on subject for approval.

Any online course has a 5-day refund policy, from the date of purchase.

At any point within this timeline, write to ashish@technologymad.com to claim a refund. Once processed, the money will be returned to your original payment mode within 3-5 business days.

If you book a consultation, you get one attempt to reschedule 48h prior. You are not entitled to a refund if you don’t show up.

Rescheduling is permitted 48 hours prior to the call and no rescheduling or refund is permitted upon a no-show.
